2 hours every weekend dedicated to teaching Offensive & Defensive Team Concepts, strategies and principles. 

2 hours every weekend dedicated to individual skill development, ensuring that each participant is being taught  the fundamentals of the game.

Games will be held every weekend.  Our goal is to ensure that all participants are able to apply the things that they learn.
